FACTORY DAY: BOAZ CELEBRATES THE SIXTH ANNIVERSARY OF THE LAUNCH

By the significant date, factory workers were prepared a surprise in the form of a huge cake with the image of factory buildings.

August 7, 2015 is considered the official birthday of BoAZ. It was on this day that the plant was launched, and a few days later the first metal was received.

A long way has been passed since then. In 2019, the first series was officially commissioned, and in December 2020, the first millionth ton of aluminum was received. Today, more than one and a half thousand employees work at the "green" aluminum production. The average age of factory workers is 36.5 years. The young team is successfully mastering new technologies, actively participates in the life of the village of Taiga – BOAZ has its own music group, theater studio, sports teams in various sports.

By the sixth anniversary of the plant, the best employees were awarded with certificates of honor and letters of thanks.

Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, mass events had to be canceled. But the factory workers were not left without a festive mood. In the morning, music was played at the entrance, information stands reflecting the history of the plant were prepared. And the main highlight of the holiday was a 10-kilogram cake, the surface of which was decorated with the image of factory buildings.
